HISTORIC PRESERVATION / ADAPTIVE RE-USE

Over the past 35 years, White Construction Group has successfully completed a wide variety of historic preservation, adaptive re-use, rehabilitation, restoration, and reconstruction projects. Many of these projects involved partial funding from the Colorado State Historic Fund and each was performed in keeping with the Secretary of the Interior’s Standards for the Treatment of Historic Properties. Our experience and appreciation for historic buildings are very strong. We like the challenges and discoveries that preservation work brings. We believe that historic structures add to the architectural fabric of the community and are invaluable media for telling a region’s story. We believe the built environment’s history is worth preserving and we are honored whenever we are entrusted to do so.
